Got $10 Certificate From Bestbuy after Losing Shutterfly Code

Last month there was a deal (click here to view) to get Free $20 Shutterfly Credit for Best Buy Reward member. Yesterday I logged into the account trying to retrieve the code and apply it at shutterfly.com. The link was broken and it says the promotion is no longer available. I searched the whole site and found nowhere to get the code back.

Today I called Best Buy Customer Service phone number and a lady said they are sorry that they cannot retrieve the code either. But she issued a $10 certificate good to use at Best Buy (expires 12/03/11) to let me feel better. Not a bad trade off to light my day up a little (the stock market crashed and lost $$$$$$ in multiple accounts) and I give Best Buy a Five Star on customer service.
