call 1-800-835-4386 press option 3, option 2, then option 2 to speak with a representative. Tell them you are calling to register for membership… after they get all your information (2 tickets per household) they will give you your membership number, and they will also send you an email… go to lego.com, register, then go to create/share to enter your VIP membership number. They will send you an email & the vip card in the mail.. and your tickets are good for 10/24/11-10/30/11.

You have more than a month to get the VIP card, so even if they have to send it to you, you should be good. Also, there's an offer of $10/off per ticket for each additional ticket, which is pretty decent too.
